RICK GREENE.
My name is Rick Greene. Im a 57 year old father from Cincinnati Ohio. Growing up, both of my parents were functioning alcoholics. It was rough growing up in the 60s and 70s; my dad was a hard working man and mom stayed home with the kids but money wasnt something we had.
There was a lot of yelling, cussing, fighting, and hurt in our home; so much so, that by the time I was a teenager; it had became to much for me. I made one of the worst decisions of my life I tried alcohol and drugs for the first time and I had no idea it would take me on a 16 year nightmare.
I lost my first wife and four oldest sons to my addiction but by the grace of God I was able to surrender and give my life to him. Now I’m on a mission to tell the world that God loves us right where we are. I hurt myself and a lot of people along the way, but with my loving wife and 2 sons and a wonderful church family I’ve been able to have a new life.
